Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The item is returned in unused, unopened, and original packaging condition.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.


Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the nature of our natural and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

  • Replacement is available only for products that are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

  • In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped after the returned item reaches us and is verified.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used Henna, Hair Care, Skin Care, Edible Drinks, and Spices products.

  • Items purchased on discount, clearance, or under promotional offers.
